CT 28 – Lew

Lew was born c. 1720.  He was enslaved by Stephen Hosmer on North Main Street near Trout Brook. He was probably in a relationship with Kate, who was also enslaved by Hosner. We believe he and Kate had a son named Caesar. He was baptised and admitted to communion at First Church Hartford in May 1754. He died c. 1763.
