There are various ways to become involved with the Witness Stones Project. As a grassroots organization, we welcome individual and widespread support.
Membership:
Please become a member of the Witness Stones Project Inc. Your contributions will provide continued financial support for the project to continue our efforts to restore the history and humanity of enslaved people while educating our youth in issues of justice, equality, and inclusion.
Along with supporting the project, members will receive invitations to lectures, public forums, and installations. They will also receive student created publications about individual enslaved persons.

Volunteering:
From the membership, we will accept, enlist, and solicit volunteers from those interested in the success of the project and can help with administrative and outreach efforts. These efforts may include organization and involvement preparing for installation ceremonies. If you wish to volunteer, please become a member at any level to assist our ability to support your efforts.
Committee members are also needed from time to time. Currently, those handy with a red pen for editing and minutes taking, those handy with a calculator for keeping track of dollars received and spent, those clever with social media and publicity and those familiar with the law and nonprofits are all needed.
